http://www.malaxi.com/Map_brickfields.htm

If you're coming from Brickfields (Jalan Tun Sambantan, which is the same road as the Poslaju), go up the middle ramp which is Stesen Sentral 5, then turn left immediately into the Suasana Sentral Condo.

The roads around KL Sentral are one way, so you could always loop around, and look out for the Le Meridien+Hilton signs,
and once you are past the hotels, then look for the Suasana Sentral sign.

Once you take the right fork, keep left as Suasana Sentral will be on the left side of the road.

You can park in the condo itself at the visitor parking,
just tell the guards that you are going for a function at Level 6, Block A.

You have to verify your name with the guard at Block A, so please let us know that you are coming in advance!

Go up to level 6 and look for the Meeting Room with a lot of happy faces, that'll be us!

Wishing you Enlightenment and Success in your life and your business!

About ActionCOACH Business Coach, Ian Homer:

Ian has lived in Malaysia for 10 years having worked previously for companies in the UK and Hong Kong.

Bred in the small market town of Banbury near Oxford in England he moved to London in 1990 where he lived and worked for 5 years working for Lloyds of London, and for a consultancy serving Bloomberg’s IT department at the time when the company was experiencing one of its most aggressive periods of expansion.

Having earlier spent 4 weeks on a bicycle cycling from Holland to Switzerland and making a domestic 2-wheeled trip from Scotland to mid Wales, he chose a much larger excursion a few years later and set off in 1995 to travel around the world.

Having gone “west first” he arrived in Hong Kong in 1996 where he decided to get a job on the grounds of it “being interesting to see what happens after the handover to China in 1997.”
Just before then, an opportunity arose to move to Kuala Lumpur, so just after the handover ceremony he moved to Malaysia.

With a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and a Masters in Computing, his business coaching evolved from dispensing informal business advice to close associates. The advice seemed to be useful, so, deciding it was better to get paid doing what you’re passionate about, he joined ActionCOACH Business Coaching full-time and now coaches businesses owners in fields such as legal services, food and beverage, retail, accounting and auditing and pest control!

“I was fortunate in the I.T. business to have worked along side those in sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and strategic management. All of which was an excellent grounding for what I do now as a coach….”

Having assisted business owners to overcome taxing business problems he believes that often a healthy does of “unreasonableness” is required to really make great advances and move operations to new levels.

(The drums you see in the picture are another passion of his but are not so popular with the neighbours!)

Countdown to Business Success!

Countdown to Business Success
with ActionCoach Ian Homer!

Thurs 21 August, 2008
Kuala Lumpur

Would you consider yourself to be “good” at what you do?

Skilled? Professional? Experienced?

Most people running their own business would say “yes!”… and most of the time they’d be right!
Whether they are mechanics, tailors, hairdressers, retailers, or accountants most people in business are very proficient at what they do - they are very good at their chosen skill.

However, only a small number (a VERY small number) of businesses ever make it to the stage where they achieve the vision and dreams of the owner!

Unfortunately being good at the work of the business doesn’t guarantee you’ll make money. Making money and achieving the aims of the business has much more to do with running the business that delivers the work!

So “Countdown To Business Success” looks at some tools and techniques you can use in your business to make profit, grow the operation and realize your goals...see you soon!

Countdown To Business Success...

5: The Five Ways Of Generating Profit:

Profit is THE major indicator of business success! There are only five ways of making it! Learn them to take home more sustainable profit from your business.

4: The Four Areas Of Leverage:

How you would use these to systemize operations for maximum return on your investment (capital and human).
Unless the business works without you....you'll always be tied to it! You'll always have a job...

3. The Three Sacred Concepts:

How to use these to take the pulse of your sales and marketing efforts.
Are they working?(Ignore them at your peril!!)

2: The Two Essential Qualities:

They're always possessed by the super rich, but what are they and how do you develop them for yourself...

1: The One Guiding Principle:

Use this principle to continually guide your efforts and keep you moving forward into new areas of growth.
